Lucas Lyrio holds a degree in film directing from the International Film Academy of São Paulo. He is a director, producer, editor, and photographer originally from Salvador, Bahia. He photographed the short film "Estática" by Gabriela Queiroz, selected for Curta Kinofórum and Cinefantasy. His short film "Cartas de Vilas" won the Best Editing award at the 11th Filmworks Film Festival. He also photographed the short film "Barata" by Amen Musbah, which won Best Cinematography at the 12th Filmworks Film Festival. He edited the feature film Rapina and the series Motoboy SP (Globo) and was an assistant editor on Mal me quer (Warner). In audiovisual production, he directed and edited music videos for artists such as Carlinhos Brown, Timbalada, and Milla Franco. He is the founder of Barra3 Filmes alongside Amanda Doria.
